A hybrid car, or commonly known as hybrid vehicle, uses at least two distinct power sources to propel. Some of the most common power sources are: rechargeable energy storage system (RESS), a fueled power source, air or electric motor or gas engine.

Let’s face it, when was the last time you heard about the constant debate on the pros and cons about biodiesel fuel? Endless, isn’t it? Well, first of all biodiesel fuel is a form of green energy fuel and how fueling it in your own car seems pretty much amazing on an account where does it come from.

What is biodiesel fuel exactly? First of all it is important to know that biodiesel fuel can be produced from a variety of natural crops such as soybean, mustard, flax, sunflower or waste vegetable oils. This fuel source is said to reduce engine wear and produce less harmful emissions. Biodiesel fuel is used as an alternative fuel source but it also requires engine modifications.
